Grecco Auto Body was founded in 1991 by Jim Grecco. Its charter is to offer the highest quality collision repair services available on all brands of automobiles and trucks. Cars are stored on one side of the building on outdoor lifts in a neat, clean and orderly manner. Only the best technicians are hired to work on cars that are entrusted to Grecco Auto Body. Most technicians are I-CAR certified or are in the process of obtaining their certifications. I am delighted with both of the Johns at Grecco. They kept me in the loop with every step along the way. . .unfortunately my insurance Co. held progress up on a few of the repairs.

I would have preferred to receive updates on the status without my calling. I did receive what looked like system generated updates... but they were not accurate with regard to status or costs.

They did not always call me to provide updates. I received auto e-mails which weren’t very helpful or accurate as to where my car actually was in the repair process. I would often have to take the initiative to call them to see where my car was at in the repair process. Whenever I got them on the phone they were always helpful and professional. At the end of the day they did a nice job and I would use them again and recommend them to others.
