Grecco Auto Body was founded in 1991 by Jim Grecco. Its charter is to offer the highest quality collision repair services available on all brands of automobiles and trucks. Brenna, was fantastic keeping me updated with the process of the work being done on my car. The text messages I got didn’t match with the timing of the work being done. My car looks like new after having its beauty treatment, new paint job! Was thrilled to see the insides of the car had also been cleaned up too. I feel like I’m driving a new car! Thanks again.

It was awful Jose was very argumentative And very rude ! I just have to calm down and compose myself and held back from walking out because I wanted to have my car fixed and that was my only day off for that week . Jose kept arguing and insisting he cannot promise the work to be done and he was scolding me like a child Very poor customer service. Even if I told him my work situation as a nurse he didn’t stop intimidating me ! I had work done before but the guy before was nice and professional . I hope you teach him good customer service and proper communication with customers .

Jose was very rude, argumentative and arrogant And was talking down to me intimidating me And shows no respect . I previously told him to order the part the previous day but he never ordered the part and never called me back He ordered it the next day when I called him back I offered to bring my car at 9:00 am but he said he doesn’t have the part yet. The next day he called me at 10am to tell me he had the part. I cane at 11:30 and he was arguing with me about the time I came and insisting he cannot promise the car to be ready , he was talking down to me like I’m a little child ! I just have to compose myself and prevent myself from walking out because I want my car fixed! Very rude and arrogant!
