Grecco Auto Body was founded in 1991 by Jim Grecco. Its charter is to offer the highest quality collision repair services available on all brands of automobiles and trucks. NJM refused to replace a bumper, as per Grecco. The bumper had a hole in it. The quote stated new bumper and I was inly informed of your decision after the completed repair. The lack of communication was disheartening.

Frank was great, however Miriam at the front desk was testy and often overwhelmed by her day to day tasks. For example she struggled with having two people at the desk in front of her.

The work that was done on the car was done in a timely manner. A couple of things that I asked them to do they said they would do them and they were not done.

When truck was returned, there was an increase of approximately 300 extra miles on tachometer and 1/4 less in gas. Noted because cognizant of mileage because truck is a lease. Not appreciated at all!
