Although they provided me with a complementary Uber back to my house it was extremely hard to get in contact with The Hartford and Green Auto Collision Center.

I’m hoping that they get more than one phone line and make it easier to get in contact with them other than that I guess they are okay. No parking cars held in a separate lot at times but they did provide me with a complementary Uber ride back to my house. Hard to contact The Hartford as well as Green Auto Collision.

They broke the button that controls my window from going up and down. It was working fine when I brought it in. I can't role my window up so I have to now get that fixed. I called them but their denying having ever touched it. They eat my car for over 4 weeks for minor work. Not a good company!
