The repairs came out beautifully. The prior damage was undetectable and the paint job was done very well. I hope I don’t need an auto body repair shop again , but if I do, I’m going directly to Mid Valley.

From start to finish mid valley shop was fantastic! They serviced me right away and treated me well . The communication was excellent and exceeded expectations. The car was ready a day it was promised, was washed, and looked like new. The workmanship is highly professional.

Were getting weekly texts saying the auto was on schedule, then the timeline suddenly changed, and kept changing and changing. (We picked Midvalley due to reviews saying cars were repaired quickly there). Of course delays had to do with parts, but if only we had known ahead of time--(this may take 7 or 8 weeks) it would have been easier to plan ahead and handle. Some phone calls were not returned as well. Also, repair hit the total loss threshold which was another negative surprise! The whole process was very emotional for my family. Being offered a courtesy car during the final stretch did prevent my wife from becoming totally loca, so that's good.
