Unfortunately, based on my overall experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this shop to a friend or colleague. Although the repairs ultimately look good overall, the process required repeated follow-up and significant involvement from both me and Progressive to address concerns. My vehicle also required additional repairs after it was initially presented as complete, including an issue Progressive determined was shop-related. I am now dealing with an additional concern regarding the condition in which the vehicle was returned. The amount of advocacy required throughout this process significantly affected my confidence in the shop. I appreciate the repairs that were ultimately completed, but the overall experience is not one I would recommend to someone else.

While I appreciate that several of my concerns were ultimately addressed, the overall customer service experience was extremely frustrating. Throughout the repair process, I repeatedly had to follow up, advocate for concerns to be inspected, and involve Progressive before certain issues were addressed. I often felt that my concerns were dismissed or disputed rather than investigated first. There were also issues identified after the initial repairs that required my vehicle to return for additional work. Although the repairs ultimately look much better, getting to this point required far more effort and follow-up from me than I believe should have been necessary. I would have appreciated clearer communication, better quality control before releasing the vehicle, and a more receptive approach when I raised legitimate concerns.

He took the time to walk me through the estimate and repairs and kept me informed throughout the process. He was consistently courteous, professional, and attentive. Antonio’s communication and customer service turned what began as a stressful situation into a very positive experience.
