When we went to pick up the car, your people were only interested in receiving the payment. We paid and the car was brought to the front of the office building, we went out and some young man was coming in, he asked if it was our car, and we said yes. He just handed us the keys and continued inside, not going over what had been done, if we were satisfied, or a warranty if anything unusual happened later on. What to do if the Clearwater starts to break down, how many coats of clear coats were applied.

Went to pick up vehicle, no one took the time to come out and go over the invoice and tell us anything about warranty or whether we were satisfied with the work.

I’m very dissatisfied with the work on my car because it incomplete. I have damaged in my trunk and front end. No work was done on it. In addition, the inferior was not cleaned properly and I’ve waited a long time to get it back. Finally, I paid $2000.00 of my own money for the deductible and my car doesn’t look finished. I hope someone can rectify this issue. Thank you

My car still had damages that was not touched. For example the truck had a hole in it, The front grill was broken and it was not cleaned on the inside. Trouble!!!! And on top of my Auto Insurance I paid an additional $2000 from my deductible. Please help me with this issue. Thank you
