When I picked up my car there was a clearcoat spot scrapped away. That spot was not on the car when it was dropped off and according to the prework photos wasn't present before repairs were done. Complaint was told but was addressed as clearvoat was not applied properly previously. That still does not address the fact that the spot was not present when it was dropped off but when it was picked up, it was there. They don't want to take responsibility for the damage even though it was their fault that the scratch has appeared.
