Alex and the staff at Greentree auto body were absolutely wonderful. Each of my emails were responded to in a quick manner. They provided updates regularly on the status of my vehicle. Alex took care of my car from the start and made me feel reassured as to what needed to be done. He was professional and real while helping me out to clarify what steps to take. I recieved great service on my wrecked vehicle. It required a great deal of repair over a long period of time I was kept informed of the progress and they answered All if my questions during the 2 month repair time. I prepared for the amount the vehicle would be in the shop as they were Honest and Straight Forward with the situation My car was returned in beautiful condition exactly when they estimated it would be This situation required my car to brought to them as it was taken to a Tow yard post accident. They were assertive and pro active in getting my vehicle delivered to their shop. Overall I feel they did a excellent job assisting me in dealing with an unfortunate situation. Great Customer Service This was my first experience with GTREE Auto body I will be a repeat customer ✨️✨️✨️
