Car repair process was a relatively seamless and smooth operation from contacting my insurance company to getting an estimate from Greentree Auto Body, having a rental car provided, and having my car repaired. It was done within time estimated and the repair looks so perfect that you would never know it had been dinged! A+ marks for Alex and Dale Verikas and bodywork mechanics at Greentree Auto Body!

Greentree Auto Body was a real find for me. Their office is so clean and organized, not what I was expecting from an auto body shop. They provided an estimate to repair the Subaru door ding to my Erie Insurance office. The approval was obtained and I was given a date to bring my car into the body shop. It was repaired within the estimated time and it looks like the ding never happened! Alex and Dale Verikas were polite, professional and proficient in getting this job done! I highly recommend them, but you must understand that I hope I never have to see them again!

The repairs look great! I liked very much you cleaned my car i wasn't expecting that. However, the car smells of exhaust and having an idea of when the car would be done before last minute notice is a much better experience.

Making the appointment was very difficult as I have a very busy schedule and you had no flexibility. I had to wait until next month. When I wanted to know how long it will be in the shop you had no answer. When I received emails saying it would be done on a day the next email said its a delay. When I called in the morning still no idea when the car would be done. Even though we rent cars while you're fixing ours, other people have to be involved to drop us off to pick up the car. Everyone has a busy schedule and not alot of people are available at last minute to be there for you. So knowing the date and either morning or afternoon is a huge stress relief. At the end of the day it all worked out thank god but it was stressful trying to arrange things.
