Maybe for a Ford but never for a Jeep like I have.

I haven’t actually received my car yet as the day that I went to pick it up it had to be towed back to Greenway. Matt has been very communicative, kind, and sincere. However, I wish they would’ve finished the work so that we wouldn’t have had to bring it back in because now I’ve missed another week. I hope to have it back by tomorrow, which is 7/28. At that time I feel like I can give you a better idea of how the repairs went.

Since the car had to go back a second time because work that was supposed to have been done was not done, I’m not 100% sure that I would use this dealership again. However, Matt from collision was a good communicator and it seemed that he was trying his best to get things handled as quickly as he could.

Matt from body shop kept us informed on every step of the repair. Letting us know when the parts came in down to the hour that the car was completed. Matt had excellent customer satisfaction skills.
