The day I was due to pick my car up, there was a sign on the door that we needed to call before entering due to covid spikes. I called and an older gentleman answered the phone. I explained the reason for calling was because of the note on the door, to which he said “ well nothing out there says that so I don’t know why you are calling”. I said I was reading the note and he once again treated me as if I were lying. When I entered the shop, he informed me that “he was always the last to know things” as the woman who placed the note told him it was there. I felt that he could have apologized for treating me like I was a liar. It was very uncomfortable.
