you are a preferred autobody shop of State Farm yet they are clearly not the customers you care about. I believe your estimate said 22 hours of labor which took over a month to complete. Auto messages saying work would be done midweek of the following week and a 2nd message 4 days before stating everything is going great. When I call to see if I could pick a vehicle up on Wednesday, you claim it was an auto message maybe you should read those said auto messages the excuse I get is that if you think about how much work is involved, then you would understand I understand it was 22 hours of labor due to your estimate. I am guessing that you bring in a lot of other jobs that pay more that take precedence and you squeeze in State Farm repairs. It took 12 days from when the auto message said it would be complete Owner feels that it’s a smart decision to talk down to people like they don’t know what’s going on. I understand you’ve been in a business a long time But I feel you should not be a preferred repair site and everyone I know that needs a car repaired will be told to stay away from your location.

The body work looks great but there was a few issues. Speaker on the door wasn't working. It was when I brought it in. And a trim on the drivers door inside was marked up and it wasn't when I brought it in.
