Just make sure they know to follow up often. I was distracted so I lost track of the conversations happening. So by the time I remembered I had asked a question the vehicle was ready to be picked up.

The only comment I would make is my vehicle was dirtier than when I dropped it off. Probably from the garage working on it. Otherwise very satisfied with your service.
