When I picked my car up after repair, the car had been in an accident and had multiple issues. The car was dirty inside and outside with writing all over the back windows and blue tape on the back hatch window. I dropped off the loaner car and had to go search for it in the parking lot. Communication was great about how the vehicles process was proceeding and service was very helpful and efficient.
