Everyone makes mistakes but it was fortunate that the wheel didn’t come off and cause bad accident. Body shop maybe not. Again service department went out of their way to fix and inspect for other damage. I wouldn’t have purchased my new Jeep from Griffin if it wasn’t resolved by service department the way it was.

Not sure what repair this references. The body shop repair or the drivers front wheel stud that broke from body shop not tightening lug nuts. Body 0 service department gets a 10 for fixing it
