Communication stopped when the repairs weren’t completed at the time we were given we had to call and received different stories. It took 2 weeks longer than previous told and we had to be the ones to call. We had turned down a rental because it was an “easy” fix two weeks At the most after a month, we were without our truck. We also I will not recommend Griggs and our sensors are still not working and was told that’s a dealership problem.

Parts were missing. Bumper wasn’t secured on correctly. Clips were not holding on correctly. Wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. Took over two month to get my car back.
