The star link is not working nor does the auto window up & down, the tire air pressure does not display etc. I should not have to bring the car back for things that were not damaged when the car was hit.

We would probably use your company again; however, we hope we won't need auto body repairs again! And certainly recommend your company to someone who didn't have a preferred auto body repair shop of their own preference.

I'll give you a 10, even though a small piece of windshield vinyl cover/trim wasn't initially glued back in place. Otherwise, the repairs were great!! Danny, who I dealt with most of the time was super! He arranged to have an employee clear up the clouded lens of the driver's side headlight at no charge, when I asked how I could do it myself!

Although staff were always courteous, the delay in completing the repairs on the car was disappointing. It should not have taken a month. We do know of one or two reasons for some of the delay, beyond your control.

Extremely satisfied with the service I received from Groben's Auto Body. My Service advisor was Joseph. He took me through the process step by step and addressed all my concerns. I was allowed to view the parts that were removed and all the replacements. Unfortunately, some of the parts took longer to receive then stated by supplier. This was frustrating to all but Joey kept me informed along the way. They did a beautiful job and will not hesitate to recommend them in the future. Great job.
