Sandy was very nice, professional and helpful. We didn’t have to do a thing but sign papers and drop off the car. She set everything else up for us including the rental car. She even had the rental place pick up the car for us at Groben. Thank you Sandy for everything! I called about the car and the gentleman who answered the phone was very nice and helpful.

I will see after the decal is redone if I change my mind about the work, but right now I am disappointed.

The new tail light did not work when I picked up the car. The bulb had to be changed. The decal on the bumper was applied terribly. It has to be replaced. There are small hairline scratches on the right side of the bumper that you tried to buff out, but they can still be seen. You are ordering a new decal, because the one on the car is unexceptable.I am hoping when the decal comes in, everything will be fixed.
