Rich was friendly, courteous and thorough in his inspection of the car. He contacted Enterprise, as well as Allstate, for us. The repairs left the car looking as if no damage had occurred!

Repair was done well but not in a timely manor. I was told I would have it back on a certain date and was put off for four days. I had to call each day to be informed of status. Only after I got upset over the phone did I receive my vehicle back. It would have rather been told it would take a longer time up front rather then being strong along and canceling plans. The workmanship was great.
