I have never been as impressed with a company in this professionalism as I have been with Groben. I think Geico has a phenomenal approach to combining auto repair adjuster and car rental in one shop. Car was returned with scratches that were not there prior to service. Made to wait for delivery of vehicle while it was getting washed, in fact, car was not washed, just hosed off & wet thus masking scratches untill I got vehicle home
