Dave completely made my experience. He was communicative, managed my expectations, and has an incredible work ethic. Rather than making me wait the weekend for my car pick up, he took the opportunity on Saturday to make sure my car was ready earlier. That is well above and beyond expectations, and has made an incredible impression on me of Sterling McCall overall. Rest assured I will be singing your praises, not only of your good work, but of your customer service and attention. Oh yes, the mechanics made it a point to let me know of more suspension work I needed done, and I must say that was also a surprising welcome, since it wouldn't really change their workload or business, but would make a huge difference for me. It was a great experience, which is impressive considering I was in a collision. Thank you so much!

Had to do a ridiculous amount of following up myself, but this is also understandable considering how busy the shop is. Overall, I was pleased with the reasonable level of responsiveness I received from Dave, especially, who really worked his hardest to get my car done as soon as possible.

My back glass had been busted in to the car and there was glass everywhere. I called Matt Jordan to ensure a full detail would be done to remove any glass as I have two small children. He ensure the car would be fully detailed and no glass would be in the vehicle. I picked my vehicle up and when my daughter got out of her seat she put her hand in glass. Upon further inspection I found glass everywhere. I contacted Matt and the best he could tell me was to bring it back in. Completely unacceptable. The shop had my car for 21 days and this should have been taken care of.
