The first thing I noticed when I saw my car on your lot is that the paint on the repaired part does not perfectly match the rest of the car. From that first angle, it was slightly darker. From another angle, it was lighter. THe difference is slight, but there is a difference. I spoke with Ray, your manager, and he agreed to repaint the part and offered me a loaner. I appreciate that and am considering his offer. I plan to call him tomorrow to let him know my decision.

The paint work and body work look great. It is too soon after the repairs to be certain all the mechanical and electrical is 100% but so far I am very pleased.
