The two people that helped me…..receptionist (don’t remember her name. Young lady with glasses.) is a very professional, sweet person with the perfect personality for greatness!! From her answering the phones to guiding you through paperwork and process….you have a gem at the first place people start their process with Group 1. And the Collision Estimator, Mike Gallardo, was awesome as well. Polite, knowledgeable, and quick to answer questions and solve issues. Very accurate and effortless process with Group 1.
