Samantha Kirtley is the best service adviser I have ever seen at a collision center or anywhere else! She always went above and beyond to make what would have been a difficult process ultimately feel satisfying. She has the ability to help a customer be very satisfied almost no matter what the circumstances. A highly valuable asset to any company if I've ever seen one! All the staff, including the manager Enrique Acosta, were fabulous. Mr. Acosta also helped me when there was a problem, and like Samantha, made an otherwise difficult process very pleasant. I can't say enough about my experience because of these people. Thank you

Horrible costumer service and Joe who was handling our claim lied to us about our claim and was not able provide our vehicle in timely manner. The vehicle was ready on Friday and I returned home early from business just to wait to last minute for my vehicle to be done at closing time on Sunday. I had to make two trips to the shamaley collision since my vehicle was not ready and was being lied to by the business. Never will go there again!!!!
