The work on the body was great but the window issue was not resolved and it is slightly worse. Unfortunately I will have to bring it back to the shop and will have to reevaluate why the window continues to be an issue. I will have to rent a car again, which is an additional expense.

I was really surprised with how wonderful the customer service was. I really felt welcomed and they made the experience easier for me. Despite me worried about my car, they put me at ease. They kept me notified the entire way through text and I really appreciated it. They also cleaned my car for me.They went above and beyond , and they didn't have to I really appreciate it everything they have done. Esther kept me updated, and what's the sweetest. She really understood the craft and gave me great advice. She definitely was looking out for me and the car.

Customer service is definitely a 10 out of 10.I was expecting service similar to the d m v but I am so happy and blessed that this team and Esther took great care of me.They messaged me and we're very patient , you could tell they really took a lot of care for the car and me. I appreciated all their help.
