Completely overall satisfaction with the customer service I received from Customer Service Rep, Amie. I really appreciate the updates on my vehicle. I`m completely satisfied with the workmanship on my front bumper. I forgot the name of the front desk representative, but she was very cutious, professional and helpful during the process. I can`t say enough just how much I`m satisfied with the entire process and the excellent customer service I received from Rivertown Collision. This is my 2nd repair with Rivertown and I will definitely do business with Rivertown if needed in the future. Thanks to Rivertown for a "JOB WELL DONE."

I really love the service. I was provided frequent updates throughout often calling me as well. I was provided exceptional service. I really like the way the body shop had coordinated with the enterprise rental car do I can pickup and drop my rental from Rivertown directly. The front desk was very nice. Amie was very patient with my never ending questions

Amie was a wonderful help, and kept me posted on all statues of my vehicle. She was very sweet and transparent about the process which is greatly appreciated. My car is like brand new and I would recommend anyone bring their vehicle here!
