There was an issue with the calibration and that was the cause of my vehicle not being ready for pick up on the initial pick up date. That’s why I gave a rating of 9.

While the work is amazing, the service is not. No one ever called me to update me on the status, and I had to call nonstop and then call last minute to push my car rental back more plus the repairs took a month when it shouldn’t have, and I even talked to other shops and the parts that were needed could have been gotten faster and repairs done faster at the same or less cost. Overall while it’s good work it’s not worth it at all
