Communication was terrible. The only update I ever received regarding when my car would be done was through Enterprise when I called to confirm return date and was told that my rental date was extended. When I called Grove Street Auto with inquiries I was told they would follow up by the end of the day and they never did. I’m also missing my sun protector. It was never removed from my car prior to dropping it off and upon picking up the car it is missing.

They did a fantastic job and got the repair work turned around in about a day. They also washed my car which was a nice service I wasn't expecting. They were polite and provided great service. I may use them again for my future car maintenance needs.
