My car was in an accident and as a result, the driver’s door had to be replaced. GT Collision repaired the door, but did not repair the door handle from the direct impact of the collision. This has posed as a significant inconvenience for me and the lack of attention to detail is astounding! I would also like to mention that as a result of this accident, my climate control has been effected….repaired to no avail. In addition to same, when I picked my car up from being “repaired,” it was dirty. Wouldn’t it be nice to at least wash the vehicle for the customers return when you’re done repairing it??
