I was completely satisfied with the recent repair experience I had with Gulfport Collision Center. GG at the front desk, as always, was professional, friendly, and very helpful. She called and kept me informed about the updates on my vehicle. When you're dealing with insurance, rental car, and deductibles it can get a little frustrating. Her presence is reassuring, calming, and radiant. Charles was also helpful reaching out to the insurance agent and keeping me informed with updates. Gulfport Collision Center is my "go-to" repair.

I took my 2022 Mitsubishi to Gulfport collision center last week for bumper and side panel replacement, they hade all parts ordered and painted and installed in a week..they did a fantastic job, sent me updates every 2 days..there very professional and gigi Welch was so nice and sweet..she needs a raise 😀 I would highly recommend them to everyone..as Tony the tiger would say..THERE GREAT.

Car had many issues: 1. Hood was not aligned properly. 2) New body painted parts didn't match car color. 3) Both head light lens had scratches. 4) Scraped off paint was not repaired. 5) A gasket or tape (couldn't make out) was visable between door opening and wasn't accessible to remove.... There was obviously no QA done on the repairs.. Very dissapointed..!!!
