The whole process was easy to handle. I was kept up to date the whole time regarding the process of my repairs. Gigi at the front desk was very nice and helpful when I came in to the office or called.

What we can tell you is...Gi Gi is simply amazing! She made us feel valued! No matter our questions, she was cheerful and and super positive. More importantly, she kept us informed throughout the process. When we picked up our car, we were greeted with her wonderful smile! Thank you for HER! My car was damaged by automatic weapon and handgun fire. The back window was shot up as was areas of the bumper. The lift gate had to be replaced, and damage to the bumper and interior trunk area of the car had to be replaced or repaired. When the work was finished, it was as if 'it never even happened'?! I am extremely pleased with the work Gulfport Collision did.

The customer service received from Gigi, Bo and Chase was outstanding. We spoke with Gigi on several occasions and she is always helpful, responsive, and customer service oriented. If she said she'd get back to us on something, she got back. If she said she'd call by a certain time or date, she did. If she needed to get with, or follow up with, someone else to get us answers, she did. Everyone we spoke or dealt with at GCC was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. We left feeling our experience and our repeat business mattered to them. So often these days, it seems it doesn't. So that was truly appreciated.
