James took the time to drive me to the rental car place after I waited 30 min for them to arrive. Gigi kept me updated daily on the schedule fir my car with texts and calls. Always ready to answer any questions.

The silver part of the bumper has an orange peel look after painted. I bought my car new and the bumper didn't have a bubbled look. I'm not entirely sure why the tire was replaced. The alignment was fine before being repaired. Now it wobbles at speeds 45 and up. I drove an hr and 45 minutes with damage on I10 at 70 to 85 mph the drive was still smooth not wobbly. The customer service was a 10.

To start off I’m honored to take my vehicle where there is great customer services. I would like to thank Ms. Gigi for doing and outstanding job of that her and Mr. Bow these two people always greet me with a smile and how my I help you today. Even though I had to bring my vehicle back because a small hiccup Bow made sure the work got fix and Ms Gigi keep me informed. Not even that when she call she always ask how my day is going over the phone great person inside and out. We need more positive vide like Ms Gigi. I also rate Ray Bryant collision of Gulfport a ten once I use this the first time I decided that they’re the only one will work on my vehicle. Thank y'all for doing an awesome outstanding job.
