Lift gate wasn't touched - thank you for doing absolutely NOTHING according to the estimate. Huge disappointment. Left front tire isnt reading any pressure so now after being out of my car since 10/16/25, i have to do full inspection to have everything checked because its driving worse than when dropped off. You all failed to communicate basic updates, blamed others who no longer work there for poor work ethics, failed to tell me or staff, according to one of your staff members, that the part wasn't in during drop off. I could have taken my car elsewhere. Enterprise will be picking up their car. I hope no one looses the key dropped off at 1355 yesterday with the male (ginger colored hair and beard) just to be spiteful.

I left there with damages still needing to be fixed. I ended up having to take my car back to a local shop for them to fix damages that should have been fixed at this shop!
