⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had my husband’s Mercedes repaired here and the process was so easy. The team communicated with us every step of the way, kept us updated on parts and progress, and the car looks great after the repairs. I also appreciate that they’re a certified Mercedes repair center. Their front desk receptionist, Gigi, was the sweetest—so kind and friendly. Highly recommend Gulfport Collision Center!

I feel like 2 weeks to repair the damage to my vehicle was a long time when comparing the amount of damage to the repair time. My vehicle was waiting to be painted for two days before it was done. However, Gigi was amazing! She answered all of my questions before she even received the vehicle and regularly kept me updated. I have never received updates FROM a collision center without having to initiate the correspondence. That was genuinely impressive. When I received my vehicle the work was excellent! The color matched perfectly and the work was impeccable.

I have been going to this collision center for years for both personal and commercial auto body repairs. They are the absolute best on the Gulf Coast. Ms.Gigi goes above and beyond to make sure I am updated on a weekly basis regarding the status of my vehicle(s). The repair team goes to work immediately and their work is outstanding. Rarely a wait.
