Friendly staff. When things changed I was not informed and had to call. Often I was promised a call back that did not happen. You did give me a loaner car at the end of things. Just would like more communication when things go the wrong way.

Melissa was a very kind and professional from the moment I called to get an estimate set up for my vehicle. Corey was the gentleman I was assigned to and he was very kind and professional as well. He explained every possible scenario with my damage and kept me updated. Ford worked very fast to get get my vehicle back in a timely manner.
