Good service but it would be nice if 23rd Century had the same preferred body shops as Farmers. Rather than using the local dodge dealer collision center which is approved by Farmers, I had to go across the freeway to a Ford collision center for the repair to avoid waiting on an adjuster. It was supposed to be a faster process but it did not save any time. In fact, it took one day longer because they had to order parts they did not have and one part was ordered incorrectly. In the end, however, they did do a good job.

My truck looks fantastic, they did a great job!!! And to clean it up was like I just got a brand new truck!!! I will alway, I mean always go back to Gullio!!! There is only one minute thought, I'm so happy but it sure did take a long time. So, my only small issue was it took a long long time. But, it looks like a brand new truck, so if you decide to look at the goods and bads, I will still bring it back, always!!!

Would have given a 10 except the detail they did on my car left it smelling like they just got the seats wet and closed the doors. The smell went away after a couple of days
