Everything was smooth and as agreed upon at the beginning of repair. The car was also ready exactly on the date and time promised. Customer service was excellent and Toyota representative (Emad) walked me through the details of the repair done and was extremely professional and helpful. Great Experience.

poor, he bumper was not straight had to take back my truck to have them recheck and Emad said it could be something else so now i have to wait for the manager to approve it and reschedule another appointment to maybe havevit fixed

poor they make wait for hour and had to missed hours of work because of the of the rental and because had to take my truck back a week later due to the bumper was tilt down like half inch

The only problem that I found was that the license plate had not been installed. After leaving the dealership I realized this, I had to turn around and go back to the dealership and have it installed. I was glad they still had it. I have not noticed anything else at this time.

Vehicle was not ready when they said and did not let me know until late. Don't like that it closes at 5:00. Who in the world can make it there without taking more time off of work? They should have longer hours at least until 6:00. I would find a different shop if there ever is a next time.
