I commend Emad in the Collision Center for keeping me updated on repair progress. I was contacted by telephone calls, text messages and e- mails quite frequently. He was very friendly and professional. The repair was completed quicker than I expected. Mr. Emad is an asset to the company.

Everything was great except I had to present a credit card and they took fifty dollars out of my account which I only got back thirty nine of it back. I was inconvenienced by a boy who backed into me and they needed a fifty dollar deposit from me??? Why?? I was never told when I dropped my car off of any of this. Am planning on calling Enterprise tomorrow as they were closed this afternoon. Patricia
