The body shop did their best, but were not able to correct our sunroof problem without replacing the entire assembly. Not really acceptable for a dealership. I have made a complaint with Toyota on the sunroof issue as it should be a recalled item. I realize the body shop did their best, so it may be an issue with Toyota directly.

I purchased my Car from Gullo Mazda two years ago and have it Serviced on a regular basis. Gullo Mazda does an outstanding job and that is why I had it Repaired @ a Mazda/Toyota Collision Center. Also, David made arrangements for a " loaner" since my Rental Time had expired with Budget. Great Service!

I would not want anyone else to have to deal with this poor quality work and all the excuses of why the work was so bad.

They had to redo the work. There was lots of trash in the paint, you could see where they had applied bondo, and there was sanding marks visible through the paint. They also buffed through the paint on the door handle.

They tried to get me to take subpar work. They claimed it was the best they could do and there was always trash in the paint.
