I've had work done at Maaco that was just as nice as this.

Paint blending occurred on one side of the vehicle and not the other. Associate informed me that the plastic bumper will never match the fender anyway.

Communication lacked during all aspects. Delivery was expected in a week but it took 17 days. Never recieved phone calls on updates even when one was promised. All communication was initiated by me except on the morning the car was completed.

The receptionists are very helpful especially the black woman on the right desk. . lack of communication. Missed oversight of what should be repaired 3 times. And held my car for 2 months. So dissatisfied i am trading in vehicle today.
