My experience with the Cibolo location was great. Juan was professional and informative. He had my car ready just on time so I wouldn’t have problems picking it up with my busy work schedule. The location is clean and easy to get to. The walk through pre & post inspection is helpful.

There were a lot of obstacles causing the Truck to be kept longer BUT Ray and the Receptionist were very good at explaining the reasons for the delay and setting proper expectations. They did a great job of cleaning the inside of the Truck which wasn’t expected.

David did a great job on the vehicle. A few glitches as expected on the way but all in all he made it right and didn’t allow any damage to go undone. He made sure the car was 100% complete which spoke volumes about the care of the customer and how this facility managed its operation
