Jennifer did an excellent job of coordinating the damage repair to our car. She worked seamlessly with our insurance company, the car rental agency, the vendors who supplied the needed parts and the repair technicians. Even though we never saw the collision repair specialists, the skills they possess is evident in the amazing condition of our repaired Honda Pilot.You cannot tell that the car was ever damaged. Jennifer kept us advised as to the timeline of the repairs which were completed in a timely fashion. Thank you, Gunn Collision, for an excellent repair experience. PS Your waiting room was very comfortable and clean and the receptionist was friendly and attentive.

Reggie did a great job handling our vehicle’s repair. He is very friendly and communicated to us every thing that was going on with the vehicle and ensured we were satisfied with the repairs prior to taking our vehicle home. We also appreciated the explanation of the take home paperwork.
