They did a wonderful job about keeping me notified of the progress of my car. They predicted December 31st as the deadline. Reggie worked hard to get my car back to me early despite the Christmas holiday. I was able to pick up my car on December 29th. The looked marvelous.

It is never pleasant to have an auto accident, however Gunn Collision and it’s professional team surpassed all expectations. From the front desk staff to my adjustor Reggie and the the excellent mechanical specialists I never once had any concerns. I was kept in the loop, personal questions answered and timelines met or exceeded. Top notch from start to finish.

Reggie is a superb employee at Gun collision center. His Customer Service a second to none from a customer’s point of view. He is a pleasure to work with. He cares about the customer and the work that’s done on the customer’s automobile. In my opinion, he’s your best employee. Take good care of him.
