Unless no other shop is available, I’d not recommend Gunn’s due to the lack of communication

No communication from the shop on status. I was initially told 6 working days when I dropped off the vehicle. After about 10 working days and no update I called. I was then told there was a wiring harness that had to be ordered and would take 7-10 days to get the part. I understand the parts issue/delay, no issues there. But after that time came and went, I again had to call for an update. Long story short, there were multiple delays due to parts, but that was never communicated to me by the shop. Each time I would have to call and get an update. A 6 working day job took 26 working days and communication was never initiated by the shop.

Communication was severely lacking. My vehicle was going to take longer than expected but I never received a call stating that and would have to call once the original date of completion had passed. This appended multiple times.

When I called in on the phone to discuss my repair, I had a good experience. When I stopped in to see if there was any pre- paperwork I could due before dropping it off in the morning because I would be short of time, I must have confused the man in the office because he seemed very confused and short with me instructing me to just bring it back in the morning. The next morning I came back with it and thought they would come out and review the damage with me. They took my info, asked where the car was and asked for the key. When I asked if they were going to look at the damage with me they looked frustrated. The male came from around the counter and was clearly not feeling my request. When I said to him, if this is not normal procedure for you, just let me know. His response was that he was busy working on payroll, this was 8:05am. He hurriedly reviewed my car and went back inside, I left my keys and waited for my ride. I was not impressed with the customer service to this point.
