Seat headrests were never reset. Tried taking it back the one saturday I could, and techs were gone by noon with no resolution offered other than to find time somehow during the week at times that conflict with my schedule to correct an obvious issue that is visible by simply opening the door. If I had done a similar job at my work my company would've called me in on a sunday to correct or at least offer a resolution. Unimpressed
