The first thing I asked was to please touch up the paint above the bumper and you assured me you would. And when my husband picked up my car today the chip was not painted. We also understand that things happen and have been very patient. But you initially told me last Friday. Then you told me Monday at the latest. Then I received a text that said Wednesday. Then you called me and said Thursday. You should try to be more accurate especially if people are paying for rented cars. We love to support local businesses. We have used you but multiple times before. But we feel giving honest feedback will hopefully help you in the future. Wr want you to be the BEST in town.

After picking up my jeep the second time, i still have a drivers side seat that does not move all the way back. The cover on the seat sontrols keeps popping off everytime i get in or out of the seat. The wood gran panel has never been replaced.

I had to take my Jeep back a second time because it had not been aligned, the drivers side seat was still crooked ( shoved up against the center console) and did not go back as far as it once had, the back left blinker would not work, the cruise control wouldn't work and the wood grain decorative panel on drivers side which was cracked during the accident was not replaced. The plastic covering on the controls on the drivers side seat keeps popping off eveytime I sit in the seat.
