I am so glad my insurance company State Farm connected me with Hagens. I had less than 4000 miles when I got rear ended. Hagens contacted me talked me through the process told me how I could expect enterprise to bring a rental car to their shop for me how they would keep me informed of how the repairs were progressing. We talked several times during the process and I felt that they would keep me informed. Enterprise was wonderful too. They were able to work with me through some glitches and provide good vehicle

I lucked out when I chose this family owned business to fix my vehicle. Hagen’s is the most efficiently run, friendly shop with the best people (especially Porsche the sweetest shop pup). My experience was perfection from estimate to completion. Absolutely hassle free. When my car was brought back to me, it was detailed & seamlessly repaired. But the best part was when the person who detailed my car & brought it to me was thanked & complimented by Paul, one of the owners who runs the shop. It’s not a little thing, it’s exactly what I was hoping for when choosing a family owned business. Excellent example of why we should seek out & support exceptional family owned businesses like Hagen’s. Big thank you to you all!
