Very good service I do believe that a little better clean up would do better because I do see spots that where missed with the star white paint and that could have been from multiple different reasons and I did leave the charger with the truck and no one ever plugged my truck in so I had to charge my truck after I got the truck home lucky but if you have the vehicle for a week and a half you should treat my vehicle right by making sure it’s charged so it’s running properly service was paid for time was paid for everything was paid for but service can be better so I expect better please and thank you

Vehicle was not clean. There was overspray and bare spots as well as swirls on paint. I am dissatisfied with the work.

Top of the tailgate where the step plate is not aligned properly, pressure had the plastic buckled when tailgate is up and step pull out button is not aligned.

The initial estimate was easy and the service advisor worked out the earlier appointment for us knowing it would take time to get the parts. The car looked brand new when my wife picked it up. She did notice a couple small areas that need a little touch up but they were taken care of to make sure it was perfect. She felt as a female they treated her respectfully and honestly and listened to her at all times. We have bought many cars from there have used the services dept for oil changes, etc. This is our first time using the body shop, the only reason I can't give it a 10 is because of a small missed detail though it was immediately rectified. I can honestly go with a 9.9 as we are customers for life.
