I was told when I drop my car off for repair that all the parts were there and ready and that my car would be ready by that Friday then on Friday they told me it was going to be another week because the part was not available well when I drop my car off they told me all the parts were there and ready to go so I ended up having to pay extra for rent a car for another week which would not have happened if when I drop my car off they would have had all the parts like they said they did which obviously they did not have all the parts

The customer service was okay I would have waited until all the parts were there before I drop my car off so I would not have to pay an extra week for a rental car but they did not have all the part !
